A Tuz105 chef dishing a buffet for a seated function

Our story

Slow-cooked beginnings

Tuz105 Meal Dining started as one man's hunt for the Sunday lunch he remembered — a grandmother's table groaning with roasted meat, fat pans of vegetables and puddings that sobered up grown men. The Tuzname means 'taste' in Uzbek, and 105 is the number on a kitchen pass that still brings the same thrill. We gained reputation street by street, team-lunch by birthday-buffet in the kitchens of workplaces that wanted smoke free and plates stayed honest.

What has never changed is digging the stories of each dish we plate ashore with one weather afternoon behind the pan for hours. We do not ship dishes from call centres; every function is confirmed with the person who has their hands in the counter. Menus are priced in a list before we touch a pot, orders are delivered into clean hold-kits, and what drinks that arrive fit long-drive relief over careless crumbing.

We are two more than a dinner-run: we are kitchen help, washing-up confidence and reassurance that having always needn't be hired help in the wallet's corner. Our drivers carry wait boxes to under-tables, pack salads minutes before ring finds ice, then retrace from front door to driver with a flipchart that remembers fifteen minutes waiting. People host us because we let them host guests.
